Creating a Call Campaign with TellPoint is a very simple "Who, What, When" process.

Who

Choose who you would like to communicate with via the phone; whether that is a small club, your business customers, school students, voters, or your community. Upload the phone numbers of the people you want to communicate with into one or more Phone Number Lists. These Phone Number Lists can be reused across multiple Call Campaigns and can be mixed and matched according to the audience you plan to target with your Call Campaigns.

What

Choose a Message File which includes the message you wish to play to the audience of your Call Campaign. Message Files are pre-recorded messages which can be professionally recorded messages, commercials, or you can use your own voice and computer to record a message. Create a Message File by uploading the WAV or MP3 file to TellPoint.

When

Choose when to start your Call Campaign. You may choose to start the Call Campaign immediately or at a future date.

So when might I need to use TellPoint?

• Rescheduled, canceled or changed events such as church, sports. Boy or Girl Scouts, or any other team or community event
